What steel are Kanav rotavator blades made of?
Kanav Elite blades are boron steel with our own heat treatment. For other patterns the steel is agreed per order, and every lot is hardness-checked after heat treatment.
How many acres does a Kanav Elite blade last?
In our field use, a set of Kanav Elite blades worked upwards of 150 acres before it needed replacing, against 50 to 70 acres for a standard non-boron L-blade. Acres vary with soil, depth, speed and stones.
Do you supply left- and right-hand blades?
Yes. Rotavator blades come in left- and right-hand pairs, made to the hole pattern of your rotor.
Do you make C- and J-type rotavator blades?
Yes, to your drawing or sample. The L-type blades shown on this page are our standard range.
Can you match the blade on my rotavator?
